Services Provided and Billing
We’ll provide the services outlined in your quote and bill you on time. You agree to pay for those services on time.

Contracts
No contracts. Ever. You are our priority and servicing your business with excellence is at the top of our list, but if for any reason you need to leave, just give us a 30-day notice so we can properly offboard you.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
We’re pretty awesome. You agree that you won’t tell anyone any of the non-public information about how we are able to be so awesome. Oh also, you’re pretty awesome too, we’ll do the same for you.

Pricing
If we need to make any changes to our pricing or service level, we’ll give you a 30-day heads up.

Covered Equipment
We are always transparent with what we’ve both agreed will be covered, if it changes, we’ll continue to be transparent.

Liability
We’re humans. Sometimes humans make mistakes. Sometimes there are circumstances that are outside of our control. Sometimes hardware that we didn’t manufacture fails to live up to our standards. When any of this happens, we’ll do everything in our power to get it right. You agree that, as humans, we cannot guarantee 100% error-free work, even if it‘s our goal and won’t hold us legally liable for any damages.
